Mediterranean Chicken Breasts

 

½ C (2 oz.) shredded asiago cheese

¼ C dry bread crumbs

1 t dried basil leaves

¼ t each paprika, salt and pepper

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)

3 T olive oil

 

Mix cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in oil; coat with cheese mixture.

Cook chicken in skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray on medium heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

 

Note: I used 4 chicken breasts, and didnŐt have enough cheese/bread crumb mixture and had to make more.
