Cornbread Stuffing

 

Chopped onion

Chopped celery

Butter

Canned low fat chicken stock

Pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing

         (can add crumbled real cornbread or pieces of day-old bread)

Poultry seasoning

Salt and Pepper

 

These are the basic ingredients. Chop up a medium onion and two or three stalks of celery. SautŽ them in about ½ a stick of butter for at least 5 minutes, maybe more. Add package of PF stuffing, maybe two. Stir. Add some chicken stock, seasonings. Taste it, see what you think. Make it moist, but not too moist. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

This is easy, but you guess about the amounts.
