Corn Casserole

 

Combine, mixing well – 1 16 oz. can cream style corn

                                    1 C biscuit mix (Bisquick)

                                    1 egg beaten

                                    2 T salad oil

                                  ½ C milk

 

Spread ½ of mixture in greased 8x8x2 pan.

Cover with – 1 can (4-5 oz.) green chili peppers, drained

      6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced

            (add slices of ham, too, if you like)

Spread remaining batter over top.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned.
