Apricot Tart Balls

 

1 pound dried apricots, chopped

grated rind of 1 orange

¼ C orange juice

1 ½ C sugar

1 C chopped pecans

 

Put first four ingredients in double boiler, stirring often. Cook 30 minutes. Add 1 C chopped pecans. Cook 5 minutes longer. Cool a little. Form into balls and cover with powdered sugar.
