Grandmommy is getting in, too.
I can see your reflection in the sand. Can you see mine?
Daddy took this picture of our shadows.
Here are more shadows.
Next to the ocean, our little family is small.
I am going to learn to write.
Dad and I are having a good time.
Granddad is helping me find shells. Watch Mommy's hat.
There it goes in the wind.
Here are Mommy and Grandmommy.
Grandmommy and Granddad have got me now.
I want them to pick me up by the arms, so I am dragging my feet.
The dry sand is fun, too.
Daddy and I are digging a hole.
We are pointing to the spot where the pirates buried all the money.
Daddy, I don't believe you really know where the treasure is buried.
I'm just going to dig for it right here.
Cactus can grow by the ocean, at least in Texas.
Time to get back to the condo and rest.
Plus, the Texas-OU game is about to come on.
Oh no, OU is ahead of Texas. But not for long . . .
I got to eat Rotel dip for the very first time.
Granddad let me lick the can when Mommy was not watching.
After all that activity, what could be better than a nice nap in Mommy's lap.
Here I am with various old folks.
Mommy got me some shades to protect my eyes and make me look cool.
Adding her hat was a bit too much.
Whoa. That last wave just about knocked me over.

Wet sand is fun to squeeze
A big shark just about ate all of us.
Dad and I walked around inside.
The shark has big teeth, and so do I.
We ate crab and shrimp at the Crazy Cajun. I wish we could have hammers at
the table all the time.
There was a nice sunrise on the morning we had to leave.
I got to drink the last of Dad's coffee.
And just hang with my folks.
Then we ran back down to the beach
Mom and I danced on the shore.
Then we went for one last walk.
Granddad and Grandmommy came along, too, and looked for shells.
Some of the little animals in the shells dig into the sand.
I hope we get to come back here again soon.
